A History of 20 Long Years – The History of Our Voyage

Our company, Eswar Constructions, was established in 1998 by Mr. P. V. Venkiteswaran as a sole proprietorship and, in 2017, was made into a partnership company.

We have been primarily operating in the city of Bangalore since then, but you will be happy to know that we are at the edge of an expansion.

But while talking about our endowment, we feel very proud to announce that we have already developed 5.5L sqft of residential space and about 1.0L sqft of commercial space.

The company has traditionally followed the buy, build, and sell model, as this was easier to maintain the company’s philosophy of Zero violation.

Currently about 2.1L sqft of residential apartment is under development across two projects. One project is an affordable housing one, and the other is a commercial office complex.

The Managing Team- Backbone of Our Company

Mr. P. V. Venkiteswaran

Managing Partner
P.V. Venkiteswaran, has been an entrepreneur for over 35 years and has worked with large organizations such as Brooke-bond and Unilever. P.V. Venkiteswaran, M.S. in Technology, began his career as an executive at Brooke Bond India Limited, where he worked for about 10 years in various departments such as quality control, production, and research and development. In 1985, his journey as an entrepreneur began with the formation of a private limited company, Premier Biscuits Private Limited, which manufactured and marketed biscuits in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. A strong dealer network based on consistency of quality and quantity ensured that they quickly became popular in B and C category towns throughout the states where they were present. Along the journey, he got a good offer to have their share bought out by a leading coffee brand in the south and exited. Over the past 18 years, he has built compact residential apartments in various parts of the city.

Manimaran K handles Design and Quality; he has over 25 years of experience in design and civil construction. Manimaran has handled various projects in Bangalore and Tamil Nadu, such as hotels, convention halls, and warehouses. Manimaran ensures that quality is maintained and project timelines are met, allowing us to deliver on time every time.

Mr. Vinod Venkiteswaran

Managing Partner
Vinod Venkiteswaran handles Marketing and Sales; he has worked with a large Indian IT conglomerate in various positions handling sales and marketing. His keen understanding of the consumer segments has led to the choice of an appropriate product and its positioning within the market. Over the last 8 years, he has streamlined the procurement of construction material and ensured that the construction cost is reduced considerably by implementing just-in-time principles and developing a strong vendor network. During this period, he has grown the subcontractor network and has facilitated a steady flow of labour at all times in order to ensure that there is no delay in time schedules.
